2022 txedFest Agenda

The 2022 txedFest agenda is below. When plans are made for the 2023 conference, we will update this webpage! Please check back. 

All txedFest sessions will be a mix of engaging small group and whole group activities along with leadership panels, leader spotlights, keynotes, and facilitated conversations and reflections.

On-site Registration Hours/Location

Mon, June 20: 1-5 pm
Tues, June 21: 7 am-7 pm
Wed, June 22: 7 am-2 pm
Thurs, June 23: 8-10 am

Conference registration and remote resort check-in will be available in the convention center portion of the Kalahari Resort on the lobby level as early as 1 p.m. Monday, June 20. There will also be a dedicated resort check-in line in the main lobby for conference attendees.

Family-Friendly Welcome Reception

Your family is invited to join you for the txedFest Welcome Reception at Baobab Social, located in the Kalahari’s lower lobby directly through the main entrance and down the stairs. Austin’s Typewriter Rodeo (they write custom poems, on the spot, on really cool typewriters!) will be there. See how it works by watching this video by the “Texas Country Reporter.” Snacks and drinks will be provided, including a gelato bar and s’mores by the fire pit!
