The group rate for a queen room is $279 plus tax per night (king or double queen) and is exclusively for txedFest registrants. (complimentary Wi-Fi and self-parking; resort fee waived)
Rooms are limited, so please reserve only the number of rooms you need to allow other TASA members the opportunity to attend txedFest and stay at the host hotel.
Important: Group-Rate Block for Registered Attendees Only
The txedFest room block is for registered conference attendees only; reservations of individuals who are not registered for the conference will have their reservations canceled to allow for reservations by registered attendees on the room block waiting list. (Exceptions will be made for members of the TASA Higher Education Committee meeting prior to txedFest as well as for TASA members attending the TASA Superintendent Mentor Training on June 9.)
