Online registration for TASA txedFest is now open in TASA’s new online Member Services Center. Find instructions on how to register below.

Online Pre-registration Rates

Register online by June 1. Rates increase on-site June 10-12.

How to Register

  • You must register online in TASA’s new Member Services Center. The new MSC was launched April 11, when TASA members and other nonmember users were emailed a personalized link to create logins. If you have not yet created a login for the new system, read “Getting Started: Create a New Login” and take the steps to create your login so that you may register.
  • Log in to the TASA Member Services Center. 
  • Click on the REGISTER ONLINE button below.
  • Once on the Event Overview page, scroll down to see the conference registration rate. You must be a TASA member to see the member rates. If you are not a TASA member but would like to get the member rate, you are invited to join TASA before registering for txedFest.
  • Scroll down to Primary Attendee. That should be your name. Follow the steps below for registering yourself only or registering several district colleagues.

If Registering Yourself Only

  • Click on the “Register Now” button.
  • Once on the Checkout page, select your method of payment on the left (Online Payment = credit card, Purchase Order, or Print a Purchase Order Requisition that you may use to secure a purchase order.)
  • Follow the prompts to check out using your preferred method.
  • After a pause, you will be returned to your profile page. Using the left navigation, click on “My Events” to see your txedFest registration.
  • If you later need to change your registration, click on the link under “View Event Details” to do so.
  • If you pay with a purchase order, you may return later and pay online. On your profile page, click on “Transactions” and then on the link under “Pay Online” to do so.

If Registering Several District Colleagues

  • Click on the “Add Guest” button.
  • In the Guest 1 box that appears, type in the name of the first district colleague you want to register. If they are in our system, their name will appear after you start typing. Note: A list will NOT pop up like it did in the old registration system. (If the person whose name you type is not already in our system, it will ask you to create a record for them.)
  • Continue clicking on “Add Guest” and typing in names until you have all the colleagues you want to register.
  • Click on the “Register Now” button.
  • Once on the Checkout page, select your method of payment on the left (Online Payment = credit card, Purchase Order, or Print a Purchase Order Requisition that you may use to secure a purchase order.)
  • Follow the prompts to check out using your preferred method.
  • After a pause, you will be returned to your profile page. Using the left navigation, click on “My Events” to see your txedFest registration.
